Be aware of your Emotions…!!

Emotions are physical reactions to thoughts running constantly in the mind.

There are many incidences in which strong emotions cloud our judgment and make us do things we later regret.

Sharp arrows of words filled with intense emotions like anger, rage are very powerful. They pierce hearts through and through and make them bleed relentlessly.

Word “Sorry” full of resentment, guilt, shame, and disgust may not have a similar impact.

It’s difficult to forgive and forget.

Luckily, human beings have an amazing gift to witness their thoughts and ultimately emotions.

It requires a little bit of awareness, lots of patience, and regular practice.

This baby step of watching your thoughts can prevent huge emotional turmoils in your life.

Do explore possibilities to let go of your emotional baggage and being mindful.
